Founding firm offer

• Who qualifies. Anyone who joins the Sidesheet waitlist and confirms their email before we launch paid plans, and anyone whose firm we invite to the private beta.
• The discount. 50% off the first three months of any public plan. On a monthly plan, that's 50% off your first three payments. On an annual plan, you get the same share of the year off your first payment: 12.5%, half off three of its twelve months. It's applied automatically at checkout.
• When to claim it. Subscribe within 90 days of launch. We'll email you when we launch.
• One per firm. It applies to the firm you subscribe as an admin of, once. It can't be combined with other discounts and doesn't apply to custom (Enterprise) plans.
• Leaving the list. If you leave the waitlist before you subscribe, the discount goes with it.
• Taxes are calculated on the discounted price.
• These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service. We can end the offer for new sign-ups at any time, but not for anyone already on the list.
